Hello!  I'm Paul Ailstock.  I own and operate Summit Financial, LLC, a one person, independently owned, residential mortgage brokerage firm in the Milwaukee area serving the Wisconsin marketplace.  I assist my clientele in the purchase AND/OR refinance of residential real estate (1-4 units) for use as a primary residence, second home, and investment property.

I will initiate your mortgage application by first presenting a finely tuned, tailor-made finance plan.  A plan which will both best address your specific lending needs AND which will consider your overall finance goals.  Together, we will arrive at the finance plan which will best serve your needs.  With a finance plan in place, my brokerage business model allows me to 'shop' your financing across a number of different lenders.  This access to numerous lending sources allows me to deliver upon your finance plan under the best of pricing models.  Your formal loan application process will then involve me handling ALL steps/communication thru to your successful closing.  You will have the benefit of just one 'point person' under your application process - ME!  Given the complexities of this process, my decades of industry experience are of benefit to you under each step in the process and with every party communication.  My approach to your mortgage financing, while limiting the size and scale of my company, ensures you have the most competent and professional representation throughout the loan process in completing your desired mortgage financing to plan.
